Pianist YeBin Kor started her career as a chamber musician with a concert at the Albertinum in Dresden. From there, Yebin has held a duo concert tour in China and has continued to expand into chamber music. She has held performances at festivals such as Sommerliche Musiktage Hitzacker, Klangbrücken Festival in Hannover, Germany, Olympus Music Festival in Chengdu, China, Royal College of Music Festival in Seoul, Korea and Piano Cantabile Ensemble in Conservatorio di Musica "G. Verdi" in Milan, Italy and many others.
Currently Yebin is a member of Trio Elye and Asambura ensemble based in Hannover, Germany, and at the same time, freelancing as a concert pianist with many other chamber music partners. She has performed with numerous ensembles on the stages of WDR Rundfunkt Köln, Mendelssohn Haus in Leipzig, Piano Nobile Kammersaal in Berlin and others. She continues to actively perform in all over the Europe.
Yebin was born in Busan, South Korea and she started playing piano since age of five.
In Germany she holds degrees from Hochschule für Musik, Theater und Medien Hannover with Professor Markus Becker and Hochschule für Musik Carl Maria von Weber in Dresden with Prof. Detlef Kaiser. AS a soloist, yebin has given concerts with Janáček Chamber Orchestra in Opava, Czech Republic, Banater Philharmonic Orchestra in Timișoara and Tatarstan National Symphony Orchestra.
Yebin has been received musical inspiration and stimuli from Jan Philip Schulze, Ulf Schneider, Jacques Rouvier, Arkadi Zenzipér, Kyungwon Roh, Hyesoo Jeon, Nicolas Bringuier, Sontraud Speidel, Roberto Domingos whom she has acquainted through master classes and schools.
Yebin has held scholarships from Ernst von Siemens Music Foundation and Yehudi Menuhin Live Music Now foundation in Hannover.
