For over 40 years, the Friends of Haus Marteau association. has provided extensive material and intellectual support for the International Music Retreat Haus Marteau in order to keep the legacy of the great violinist Henri Marteau alive and to bring it to the region.

The Friends of Haus Marteau supports the international music retreat in its efforts to provide musical education and further training and to enrich the cultural life in Upper Franconia. Under the chairmanship of Ulrike Brett-Einsiedel, the association is particularly keen to support young musicians taking part in the masterclasses. In the meantime, the association has raised over €250,000 for scholarships and funding for the jeunesse musicale.

In order to fulfill its tasks, the Friends of Haus Marteau relies on members and sponsors who support its commitment. It would be great if you would help to realize these great and beautiful tasks by joining the Friends of Haus Marteau.
